We celebrated my Dad's 60th on Saturday night. There were "old" photographs, a fabulous bbq and a selection of sweet treats.
My present to Dad was setting up the party, we had such a good time and Dad is really a big kid still loving soccer, licorice, red jelly lollies and of course Manchester United Football Club.
We even partied into the wee hours of Sunday morning.
Happy Birthday Dad xxx

Mathilda's Market came to Adelaide for the second time this year, and team Fairydust were up bright and early to prepare our stall.
We wanted to take along some new goodies this time and we are happy to say our large carry cases, A4 prints, cookie cutters and felt food - Faux Cherise were a big hit!
Our old favourites the little red, white and pink birdies flew out the door too!
It was very cold, but this didn't stop the crowds from shopping.
It was lovely to finally meet some of our regulars in person, and to also meet some first time Fairydust purchasers too!
Thanks so much for your lovely comments and kind words about our products.
We hope you and your children enjoy your goodies.

Miss Sophia, or Fi Fi as she is known in our household celebrated her 6th birthday on the weekend.
After commencing dancing lessons at The Fairies, she decided she would like a Fairy party.
Fi Fi loves pink, but is also quite the tomboy and as the guest list unfolded there was quite a number of boys making the list. When I asked her if she thought boys would like to come to a Fairy Party, she quickly responded "elves and pixies are welcome too".
We had a great day, the cake was just sensational and I was so very sad when it was time to cut this masterpiece (Fi Fi was more interested in eating the fairies head).
The cake was the handywork of the extremely talented Mel of 2 Nice 2 Slice you must visit the gallery of amazing cakes!
Fi Fi is using her carry case which is a Fairydust creation to keep her ballet slippers and progress chart in, so all in all another successful soiree!
